On what types of property do we advise?
New BuildsA new build home is a popular option for many clients. They are often cheaper than comparable re-sale homes and also give you the chance to specify many of the features of your home to your personal requirements.
New build projects can often be completed quite quickly, with staged payments allowing you to plan your investment. We also have a range of ‘key-ready’ properties – newly built, but ready for almost immediate occupation.
The new build properties we advise on are with what we consider to be the best local developers, who are stable, reliable and do high quality work at competitive prices to high specification building standards.
We act, however, entirely independent of any tie with any particular developers. The range and value by developers changes continually and we always want to advise on the best choice at any given time.
We can also help you find a re-sale property. Resales can take between 4 to 8 weeks for completion (usually much quicker than in the rest of Europe) and are an interesting option for those who do not want to wait for a new build.
On the other hand, an attractive resale property in a good location will often sell very quickly and at a premium price compared with a new-build property.
Because the resale market is so fast-moving there is no point in us supplying details to the customer. The only realistic way to begin to look for a re-sale property is for us to arrange an inspection visit for you.
